General

• I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission at my discretion.

• These terms may be updated at any time.

• All artwork remains my intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Credit is required when posting or displaying commissioned work.

• Personal use is permitted with credit (e.g. profile pictures, social media, streaming assets).

• Artwork may not be resold, redistributed, or claimed as your own.

Process & Communication

• Commissions are completed in queue order (first come, first served).

• I do not guarantee completion by a specific date unless a deadline has been explicitly agreed to before payment.

• Repeated messages requesting updates, rushing the process, or attempting to change queue order may result in cancellation without refund.

• I will contact you at key stages of the commission and if delays occur.

Revisions

• Major revisions are allowed during the sketch phase only.

• Once the sketch is approved, no major changes will be made.

• Minor adjustments may be requested during later stages at my discretion.

Delivery

• Final artwork is delivered as a PNG unless another format is requested in advance.

Refunds

• Refunds are only issued if I am unable to complete your commission.

• Partial refunds may be offered depending on the stage of completion.

• No refunds will be given for completed work.

Commercial Use

• Commercial use is double the base commission price and must be disclosed before payment.

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
