General<\/strong><\/h4>

  • I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission at my discretion.<\/p><\/li>

  • These terms may be updated at any time.<\/p><\/li>

  • All artwork remains my intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.<\/p><\/li>

  • Credit is required when posting or displaying commissioned work.<\/p><\/li>

  • Personal use is permitted with credit (e.g. profile pictures, social media, streaming assets).<\/p><\/li>

  • Artwork may not be resold, redistributed, or claimed as your own.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Process & Communication<\/strong><\/h4>

    • Commissions are not completed in queue order<\/strong>. I bounce around depending on commission types.<\/p><\/li>

    • I do not guarantee completion by a specific date unless a deadline has been explicitly agreed to before payment<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

    • Repeated messages requesting updates, rushing the process, or attempting to change queue order may result in cancellation without refund.<\/p><\/li>

    • I will contact you at key stages of the commission and if delays occur.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Revisions<\/strong><\/h4>

      • Major revisions are allowed during the sketch phase only.<\/p><\/li>

      • Once the sketch is approved, no major changes will be made.<\/p><\/li>

      • Minor adjustments may be requested during later stages at my discretion.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Delivery<\/strong><\/h4>

        • Final artwork is delivered as a PNG unless another format is requested in advance.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          Refunds<\/strong><\/h4>

          • Refunds are only issued if I am unable to complete your commission.<\/p><\/li>

          • Partial refunds may be offered depending on the stage of completion.<\/p><\/li>

          • No refunds will be given for completed work.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            Commercial Use<\/strong><\/h4>

            • Commercial use is double the base commission price<\/strong> and must be disclosed before payment.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
